The 3 influencers displayed on the page are only preview examples, used to simulate a real campaign scenario. After actual campaign launch, more influencers will proactively apply or be matched to your cam
Core Audiences have been expanded, but the number of applications is still low. What should I do?
It is recommended to add more user profiles in Core Audiences and relax restrictions on language, region, or content type. For example, in addition to core users, you can add groups like “AI Enthusiasts.” The richer the profiles, the larger the pool of influencers recalled and matched.
Can I create a campaign targeting an App?
Yes. When filling in the product link, you can directly use the app store download page or the official website. It is also recommended to supplement platform information (iOS/Android/Desktop) and key conversion paths in Brand Assets to improve matching effectiveness.
How can I better set up a campaign for precise influencer matching later?
When creating a campaign, influencer matching accuracy is affected by multiple factors, including budget settings, filtering criteria, and dynamic platform data. Head will intelligently recommend influencers based on the fit between their core audience and the product target audience, while continuously optimizing algorithms and recommendation strategies in the backend. To improve matching results, it is recommended to accurately set the product target audience and corresponding campaign regions.
I don’t have a business email. Can I still use Head?
Yes. You can provide legally relevant business documents, such as company registration certificates, business licenses, or legal operation proofs, or show your product’s official website. This allows account verification without a dedicated business email. For assistance, please contact [email protected] directly and provide the email used to register on the platform, the campaign name you created, or the associated organization name. This will help us quickly locate your account and provide support.
Influencer Matching
What is Head’s influencer matching logic?
The system evaluates influencer data, focusing on the match between their core audience and the target audience. Key reference dimensions include the influencer’s profile, historical published content, commonly used tags, and audience demographics.
What are the possible reasons for a small number of matched influencers or inaccurate profiles?
Common influencing factors include:
Budget settings affecting matching
If the budget is low, the system will prioritize recommending influencers that fit within that budget range.
This may result in high-click-rate, high-quality content influencers not being recommended.
Overly narrow filtering criteria
If too many criteria are set (country, language, age, category, etc.), the filtering pool will be reduced.
It is recommended to moderately relax the following dimensions:
Country/region (consider multiple languages or neighboring countries)
Content language (some influencers may not be native speakers but still produce content in English)
Content type (can include multiple dimensions such as lifestyle, education, etc.)
Dynamic platform data
Influencers apply for different projects daily, and recommendation results are updated in real-time.
We continuously optimize the recommendation logic and ranking strategy to ensure traffic and exposure.
Outreach & Negotiation
After creating a Campaign, do I need to manually contact influencers?
No. Once a Campaign is successfully created, Head automatically takes over the subsequent process. Our AI assistant will directly send collaboration invitation emails to eligible influencers, and Brands do not need to take any additional actions.
How does the platform price influencers?
Each influencer’s price is generated by Head AI’s predictive model, based on two key dimensions:
Content performance forecast: Evaluates the influencer’s past view data, combined with platform recommendation mechanisms and content type, to predict a reasonable performance range for future content.
Audience value by region: Advertising value varies across markets. For example, the same number of views may carry a much higher value in the U.S. compared to Southeast Asia.
Head AI calculates a fair and efficient price from the advertiser’s perspective and negotiates with the influencer to confirm. This is not arbitrary pricing or aggressive bargaining, but rather a continuous process of testing, feedback, and iteration.
The final price can be understood as a “fixed rate”: advertisers know their budget, influencers know their earnings, avoiding lengthy back-and-forth negotiations. Payments are also results-driven—settlement only occurs once the influencer has successfully delivered the content, ensuring full transparency and protection throughout the process.
How does Head connect with influencers? What kind of emails do they receive?
When executing a campaign, Head automatically generates and sends outreach emails to matched influencers via AI. These emails are professional, transparent, and include key details to ensure brand safety and build influencer trust. The process works as follows:
1. First Reach Out Influencers receive an invitation email from Head AI that includes:
Brand introduction and campaign overview (e.g., platform, content type, pricing)
Reply options (influencers can reply directly to the email or view the campaign on Head’s platform)
Collaboration safeguards (formal contract, global payment options, verified Head AI email domain)

2. Follow-up Email If the influencer doesn’t respond promptly, the system sends a polite follow-up to highlight the opportunity and reassure them about safeguards:

Why is it not recommended for clients to purchase their own email to contact influencers?
Purchasing your own email involves the following issues:
High time cost: A new email requires purchase and pre-warming for at least 20 days, which is inefficient;
High risk: Overseas influencers are sensitive to spam, and emails from a new domain are more likely to be questioned as unauthentic;
Proven experience: Using the platform domain is familiar to influencers;
Official endorsement: Platform emails include brand authorization certificates and domain verification mechanisms (👉 Authorized Sender), enhancing influencer trust.
Therefore, clients do not need to purchase their own email. Using the Head AI official domain is the optimal solution—efficient, safe, and reliable.
If an influencer’s quoted price is too high, can it be negotiated?
Currently, negotiation is not supported. The price displayed on the platform is the platform’s bottom price calculated by AI based on historical data and influencer performance—i.e., the minimum cooperative price after influencer negotiation. All brands see the same transparent base price.
Can influencers withdraw their collaboration applications?
Once the advertiser confirms cooperation, influencers are generally not allowed to withdraw without reason, to protect advertiser rights and campaign effectiveness.
If an influencer has applied but not received advertiser confirmation within 5 days, they may withdraw their application without affecting the advertiser’s use.
In special circumstances where an influencer requests cancellation, the platform will review and explain the consequences (such as affecting their credit and future assignments); if the influencer insists on canceling, the platform will handle it manually, ensure a timely refund, and notify the advertiser immediately.
Can premium influencers be reused or engaged in periodic collaborations?
Yes. Head offers a subscription-based collaboration plan, allowing brands to establish targeted and periodic collaborations with premium influencers (e.g., consistent content output every 3–4 weeks). The process is: the advertiser creates a new Campaign and submits the list of premium influencers along with the Campaign ID to the platform; the platform will add the influencers to the corresponding Campaign in the backend. To ensure smooth execution, please inform the platform of the collaboration format before publishing, so it can be properly configured.
Content Production
After confirming cooperation, how can I communicate with influencers about content creation?
You can communicate through the following methods:
In Home → Campaign Actions → Approve Delivery, view the content submitted by influencers and provide modification feedback if needed; if there are no issues, click Approve, and the influencer can publish the content.
Through DM with influencers:
After cooperation is confirmed, you can view the influencer’s contact email;
You can also click the Message button on the influencer’s page to communicate directly.
What is a Promotional Link? How will creators use it?
A Promotional Link is a unique tracking link provided by the advertiser and distributed to creators through the Head system. Its function is not only to direct users to the brand’s designated page (e.g., product detail page, brand homepage, etc.) but also to serve as an attribution and performance tracking tool for the advertising campaign.
Unlike a regular brand website link, a Promotional Link contains exclusive tracking parameters to ensure:
Precise traffic routing — Once clicked, users are directed to the advertiser’s designated landing page, maximizing brand exposure and conversion rates.
Measurable data — The link records clicks and conversions from each creator and channel, allowing advertisers to accurately evaluate campaign performance.
Compliance and consistency — Creators must strictly use the Promotional Link provided by Head and may not replace it with the brand’s website link or any other redirect URL, ensuring the authenticity of campaign data and standardized brand management.
Can I provide a Brief and material requirements in advance?
Yes. You can fill in directions, shot lists, and material checklists in Brand Assets; for mandatory requirements such as prohibited items, competitor restrictions, or compliance wording, please place them in Custom Brand Guidelines, which influencers will strictly follow.
How can I protect brand privacy before an influencer’s application is approved?
To protect brand information, it is recommended to upload sensitive brand materials to Brand Assets, which will only be visible to influencers after they are approved, effectively safeguarding your privacy and material security.
How do I send samples to influencers?
Brands can send samples to the influencer’s shipping address provided on the platform and upload the correct tracking number on the influencer’s page. Once the platform identifies the status as Delivered, the collaboration will automatically proceed to the video production stage.
How long does it take for influencers to create content?
Average production cycle is as follows:
Short videos: approximately 7 days
Long videos: approximately 12 days
How many times can the same content be modified?
Each piece of content can be modified up to 5 times.
What happens if an influencer delivers late?
If the influencer delays submission → the advertiser will receive a 100% refund and may use the video for free.
If the influencer does not submit → the advertiser will receive a 100% refund, and the platform may additionally provide Credits and issue a warning to the influencer.
Can influencer content be repurposed?
Yes. Content generated through collaboration supports secondary editing and deployment, and the advertiser owns full UGC rights. Published videos can be downloaded via third-party tools.
How can I postpone the publishing date?
The posting time is determined by the setting at Confirm Final Draft, not when modifying Video Draft 1. You can set the official publishing time in the pop-up during final draft confirmation, and the system will automatically adjust to your desired date.
Must influencer videos include Sponsor/advertising labels? Can I request not to include them?
To ensure compliance and campaign success, some platforms and countries/regions require clear sponsor/advertising labels in videos. Not including them may result in limited reach, content removal, or account impact, especially during paid campaigns, possibly leading to strict review, restrictions, or reduced credit, affecting subsequent campaigns. Therefore, to fully protect advertiser interests, influencers must add the advertising label in compliance with requirements.

How can I track campaign data?
You can view detailed metrics on the Report page, including:
Budget consumption
Overall campaign performance (clicks, CPM, CPC, etc.)
Individual influencer performance
Pricing & Payment
What is the complete workflow for topping up?
After topping up, funds will enter your account balance (similar to a wallet) to ensure the system can efficiently match and allocate resources.
Creating a Campaign: As long as your balance is greater than or equal to the Campaign budget, you can create a Campaign. No funds will be deducted before confirming influencers; only after you select influencers and confirm execution will the system freeze the corresponding budget from your balance.
Fund security: Frozen funds remain in the platform account and are not directly paid to influencers. Funds will only be released to influencers after they complete all tasks and pass a 10-day safety period, ensuring a secure and controlled collaboration process.
No selection, no deduction: If you do not select any influencers after topping up, funds will remain in your balance. You can request a withdrawal or refund at any time, keeping funds flexible and transparent.
Why is topping up required before creating a Campaign now?
To ensure delivery quality and response speed, a balance ≥ the Campaign budget is required before publishing. The actual payment schedule to influencers remains unchanged; any unused balance is 100% refundable. Reference guide: Top-Up Campaign Budget Guide
Is the topped-up amount restricted to a single Campaign?
No. Topped-up funds serve as your global shared balance, from which all Campaign budgets can be flexibly deducted, making fund management easier.
What happens if a Campaign does not use the full budget?
Any unused budget will automatically return to your account balance after the Campaign ends, keeping funds fully under your control. For any issues, you can contact support at [email protected], and we will assist promptly.
Can I create a Campaign if my balance is insufficient?
To ensure smooth campaign execution, the budget of a new Campaign must be less than or equal to your current account balance. This ensures every Campaign has sufficient funds and avoids mid-campaign disruptions.
How do I pay?
You can top up in advance, and your account balance can be used for collaboration payments at any time. The platform offers a 4%–6% top-up bonus. Funds have no expiration; any remaining balance can be refunded to the original payment method, ensuring flexibility and security.
What payment methods are supported?
Major credit/debit cards are supported. For bank transfers, please email [email protected] for payment information.
Can prepayments via bank transfer be reflected as credits on the website?
Yes. We will credit your organization balance with the equivalent amount in the backend.
Do bank transfers require remarks, and how is reconciliation done?
No special remarks are needed. After transferring, send the receipt and organization name to [email protected] for fast account entry and verification.
Invoice issuance: Are top-ups invoiced? When is an invoice issued?
Top-ups are not invoiced. Invoices will be issued when settling payments with influencers. For bank transfers, send the receipt and organization name to us for equivalent credit entry and reconciliation. For payment details, email [email protected].
Can RMB invoices be issued after the first bank transfer?
Our receiving entity is overseas, and invoices are mainly issued in USD. If you transfer in RMB, some banks automatically convert it to USD upon receipt. Domestic RMB invoices are currently not available. For currency conversion, send us the amount, and we will verify based on the bank’s real-time exchange rate.
